How
to order:
The orders have to be placed online. Once you
have completed your order, you will be sent by e-mail the copy of the order to
be confirmed. In this regard, the customer is required to check the
copy of the order and promptly notify us in case of
divergences.
Prices and
availability
Prices are shown in Euros and they are
intended VAT excluded: they are referred to single products. The products
availability online is real.

Customers are kindly required to send the
payment advice to the following e-mail address: endavi@cantineleonardo.it within
72 hours after having placed the order, otherwise it won't be valid.
The
payment receipt is actually required for the reliability of the order, but the
goods will be shipped only after verifying that the transaction has been
successfully completed.
Payment by credit Card
(Visa/Mastercard)
If you decide to pay by credit card, you will automatically
be redirected to MPS online payment web page; in respect of the customer's
sensitive information, that will be treated only by
MPS.
Invoices and receipts
Private customers
will find a copy of the order and the receipt in the package. Vat dealers will
be sent the invoice by e-mail after the delivery will be effected.
Important
notice: according to the current fiscal low, it is necessary for sole trader
holders and/or freelancers to mention the tax code as well as VAT identification
number in the order, otherwise no invoice will be
issued.
Discount tickets
Discount
tickets cannot be used to purchase special offer
items.
Deliveries to Italy
Goods are shipped
all over Italy through SDA/Executive Group courier. The customer is required to
contribute to the delivery expenses according to the extent of the
order:
10 € VAT included for a 9-bottles
delivery
15 € VAT included for a 20-bottles delivery
We would like to inform our valued customers
that:
door deliveries are not provided; the are up to the deliveryman,
as the van cannot be left unattended. Deliveries by appointment won't be
admitted as well. We'll do our best for satisfying any particular
requests.
Delivery times
The goods
will be dispatched after the customers receives an e-mail with the confirmation
of the order. (excepted on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays)
Executive Group
courier guarantees delivery times in
24/48 hours for shipments to continental
Italy (excepted for Calabria, Puglia and Basilicata)
72 hours for shipments
to islands, and the areas above cited.
2 days-up to one week for
shipments abroad
Important notice:
The delivery
times above cited has to be considered purely approximate during important
festivities (such as Christmas, New Years' Eve, Easter) when deliveries may
undergo delays: in these periods a banner will inform you about deadline for
deliveries.

Delivery of the
goods
The courier delivers the goods to the address mentioned during
the registration.
Deliveries take place from Monday to Friday, excepted for
holidays during working days. Notice that orders placed on Thursdays after 11.30
will be shipped the following Monday.
In order to avoid any
inconveniences, you are asked to mention an address where someone is always
available to get the goods.
In case you notice the package is damaged, you
are kindly required to accept the goods and put the following note on the
courier's waybill "Goods unchecked"
Then, if you notice any breakage
after opening the package, please contact us to the e-mail
address

We will charge off the
equivalent amount or, alternatively, we will send back the damaged product with
shipment expenses at our charge. We would like to underline that our shipment
service has always been efficiently working.
Right of
withdrawal
It is possible to withdraw from the
contract within 10 days from the day you received the goods, by notifying
us through international registered letter with return receipt, and by
returning the goods undamaged and untouched. In this case, the shipment
costs will be at consumer's charge.

As we receive the
goods back , we'll give you back the due amount basing on the arrangements made
with the
customer.
Controversies
Except for
what is laid down in non-waiverable rules of law, in respect of all disputes
relating to interpretation or performance of the service, the Municipality where
the consumer resides will have exclusive
jurisdiction.
